Online Team Entry

| Please submit your entries no later than Monday, May 2nd at 9:00 a.m. At that time,
online entries for the Haysville MS Invite will close. You may only submit your online entries one time, so please do
not try to submit them more than once and please fill out all information that is requested. Only one person should be responsible for submiting online entries. Your rosters will be thoroughly evaluated and checked for errors, therefore, they will not be available for viewing and printing until Monday, May 2nd. Please do not try to re-submit your entries, and please do not ask for separate confirmation. If you have any scratches or changes after submiting your entries,
you must e-mail Brandon Daniels at bdaniels@eetiming.com no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 2nd.
