Team rosters provide entry information including each athlete's name, gender, date of birth, events, entry times, competitor (bib) number, heat assignments, and lane assignments. Team rosters are generally passed out to coaches only, but may also be published on the internet or meet publications.
Performance List Rankings - which serve as a brief and simple scouting report whereas athletes, coaches, and parents can view the entry marks and entry times of competitors for each event or their times from previous heats and flights during your meet. Each list is devised in chronological order with the best mark listed at the top. Performance list rankings are typically posted on the internet, provided in meet publications such as meet programs, or printed out and posted at meet sites.
Meet Records - which may be listed in a report including records from every event and may also include winning times from previous years. Meet records are printed out in most results reports and performance list rankings, but may also be published to the internet and to meet publications.
Heat Sheets - which are generated automatically along with all lane assignments. As soon as heat seeding and lane assignments are arranged, the heat sheets may be printed and also handed to heating tent clerks for event check-in and lane arrangement. Field Event Flight Sheets - which are similar to heat sheets and may be generated automatically along with the throwing, jumping, or vaulting order of each event. As soon as flights are arranged, the flight sheets may be printed and handed to field event clerks for check-in and recording competition marks. If entry information is provided in a timely manner, flight sheets may also be published to the internet or in meet publications.
Results - which may be printed promptly after each track or field event is completed. Results indicate the finishing times/marks and places of each event along with each athlete's full name and their team name or hometown. Results may also include entry marks and seed times, current records, broken records, important comments and notes, disqualifications explanations, tie breaker explanations, close finishes timed to one ten-thousandth of a second (0.0001), and results from prior flights, or heats.
Scores & Point Totals - which may be printed promptly after each track or field event is completed. Scores are automatically calculated without the stresses and probability of error of mathematical calculations. Scores for multi-event competitions such as decathlons, heptathlons, and pentathlons are also automatically calculated by Hy-Tek.
