During meets, Hy-Tek Meet Manager works in conjunction with the Finish Lynx timing system to deliver instant electronic results. Field event result are also processed manually. We also use Hy-Tek Meet Manager to deliver in depth reports and as well as to manage important meet details and statistics. For instance, the scores of team title competitions and multi-event competitions can be monitored promptly after each event. Results may be published to the internet either after a meet or even during the a given meet (ie., via internet connection on site). All results are published to our web site, www.eetiming.com, and may also be sent and published to any other web sites of choice.

To establish communications among press box announcers, heating tent clerks, field event judges, meet administrators, and the finish line personnel, we provide multi-channel radios. With this advantage, important information can be exchanged within a small circle of open communication.

We also accommodate each track & field meet with at least two extra printers that can be positioned at the awards area and/or in the press box for announcements.

As a back up and corollary to the Finish Lynx timing system, we also utilize back-up button timers for each race for safety purposes and accountability purposes. Our button timers are also connected to ink jet printers in case results from a race need to be recalled. Timing done with button timers will adhere to accuracy standards by being converted to fully automatic time (FAT).
